Your service time is reserved just for you. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. No call/no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A credit card on file for all clients will be required at the time of booking and will not be charged unless the afore mentioned has occurred. Before appointment: -Avoid caffeine -If you wear contacts, it is suggested to remove them before your service. -Please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes. (No mascara, strip lash glue, makeup) Late Policy: I have a 10 minute grace period. Less time=less fullness. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a no-show fee will be charged. No refunds- refunds will not be provided for any services. If there is an issue with your lashes, please contact me within 48 hours of your service to fix at no extra cost. Must be 18 years or older to receive services. Under 18 will need parent/guardian consent waiver. There is a 3.5% processing fee if paying with card.
